- Project files and business data (only for active clients)
Technical Information (Automatic)
My web hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) automatically logs basic server data for security and performance purposes:
- IP address, browser type, and device information
- Pages visited and referring website
This data is collected by my hosting infrastructure, not by me personally. I don't have direct access to individual visitor logs.
No Cookies or Tracking
This website does not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics tools. I don't track your behavior across the web or sell your data to anyone.
How I Use Your Information
I use the information I collect only for legitimate business purposes:
- Respond to inquiries — When you contact me, I use your email and phone to reply
- Deliver consulting services — Project work requires access to your NetSuite data and business requirements
- Send invoices and project updates — Administrative communication necessary for the engagement
- Comply with legal obligations — Tax records, contract enforcement, or legal requests
I do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Period.
Who I Share Information With
I may share your information only in these limited circumstances:
Essential Service Providers
When you submit the contact form, Cloudflare Pages (my hosting and form processor) receives your submission and Resend (my email delivery service) sends the notification. If you become a client, I may use Stripe for payment processing. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
Cloudflare Pages (web hosting) handles server logs automatically - see "Technical Information" above.
Legal Requirements
If required by law, court order, subpoena, or to protect legal rights.
With Your Consent
When you explicitly authorize me to share information (e.g., coordinating with your IT team).
Data Security & Retention
How I Protect Your Data
- HTTPS encryption for all website communications
- Secure storage for client project files
- Access controls and strong authentication
How Long I Keep Your Data
- Client project files: Retained for 1-2 years after project completion for support purposes, then securely deleted
- Contact form inquiries: Retained until you request deletion or I determine they're no longer needed (then deleted)
- Server logs: Retained by Cloudflare Pages per their retention policy (typically 30-90 days, then auto-deleted)
